We let you play on our server, as long as you behave well. When you don't behave we simply report your behaviour. We are mature enough to have this solved by the official admins.

I did not want to bring this up, since you already have the stuff in the posts before against you and I kinda pity you. But since you try to troll around here and brought it up yourself I will use it against you:
Not only "smokebomb-spam". You spammed smokebombs with the intention of causing spam to the players. This is called "griefing" (as you may eventually know).
I personally had no lags at all but the intentions alone are enough to be punished. (When you throw a knife after your coworker in the intention to hurt him you will get some punishment too, right? ;) )
I also have proof that you knew what you were doing, see first screenshot:
