On a serious note about that, does it matter which one you choose, I know they look the same but I have a problem where I tend to be on the opposite to my Guard friends. Is it because I am choosing a banner that looks the same or is a different slot? I assume that the banner balance is done by the slot co-ords. If that's the answer we'll have to make sure which one is which! 
That's a question for the devs. I have no idea.
