This is a stupid reply because mostly when people apply for jobs their bosses are much older and wiser to know whats best for the company. If you surround yourself with retards that's completely possible but there's a lot of kids of 14 that actually sound like 18 and are mature as hell and... control their temper... what has this got to do with age, but they do.

The army has a system where it involves your rank means command, there's a lot of people in the army and a lot of young people can be a higher rank than older people and command them, there's also a lot more cases in every possible job-direction you can think of and clearly young minds usually can get an upperhand.
