This actually isn't much of a generalization, since she is drawing on several recent and visible examples of individuals, all Chaos members, to make her point.  And even makes a distinction between the clan as a whole and the few rule breakers.

Honestly this is being portrayed like Coy is going out of her way to get Chaos people banned and start drama when it is very, very much the opposite.  Some of you people have a massive boner for trolling and while I am often on the side of griefers and trolls who have good, deserving targets, I think you guys are on the wrong side here, and it doesn't look too good.

I see. I really have no personal problem with members of CHAOS, but the constant breaking of server rules by a few of their members warranted a ban request. I was not "out to get" anyone. Nor did I think it was even something worth considering. I even told Canary and Malaclypse as much, nothing against the people or the clan, just broke the rules.

However it's been a long day and I must say I'm pretty fed up with those CHAOS (or recently ex-CHAOS) members trying to get a shot at me because they're bored. So kindly desist.

The analogy is clear enough, though admittedly it is mildly convoluted. Ignoring something doesn't make it go away and can serve to make things worse. You can equate it to a viral infection if you want.

You could ignore it and it might go away, or it could get a lot worse until it's too late to stop it.
