Horse bumping - Team wounding

Getting horse bumped by someone on your own team is infuriating, hell getting horse bumped in general is pretty damn annoying. Something needs to be done about this. I have some suggestions. None of them are any good in my opinion but this can be a thread used for you to also discuss what you think needs to be done. Cav need not post.

First. Cav should either spawn later/earlier than inf or in a different location. Most horse bumping happens at spawn and this would get rid of alot of it.

Second. When a cav player bumps an ally the damage that he dealt to his teammate should also be dealt to his horse. This will really make people think twice about bumping their teammates.

What do you think of these? What suggestions can you offer that may help us be rid of some of the horse bumping? Please let me know.

I know these ideas aren't great but I thought I would share so that you would also share.

I find it funny that no one ever talks about the reverse of th OP

How many times your horse gets tw by range or melee. Like seriously most horses only take 1 or 2 arrows/ stabs and backswings from teamates

Its not equal, but it is a double standard... Cav also gets to pay for horse repairs

You should also be able to understand that most team attacks towards a horse are done because horse bumping was involved somehow. Some idiots will seek revenge for being bumped and some will simply let it slide. I honestly feel that all teamwounding needs to have some sort of punishment more than simply having someone press m on you. Maybe all damage you deal an ally in teamwounding him can also be dealt to the teamwounder? Like I suggested in my original post.

Then maybe my first idea in my orignal post is relevant? Have cav and inf spawn at different times or in different locations? This would deal with alot of accidental spawn tw.

I basically never bump in spawn and me and my horse never get TW'ed in spawn.  It only happens on the battlefield.  The only time I get teamwounded is when people don't see me coming, and since I"m trying to usually help the person I can't fault them for accidentally hitting me.  I almost never hit M for Team Wounds.  Sometimes you're going to get bumped, most cav go out of their way to avoid it, but it still happens.
