[BAN] STR_Moderat

Hi. At first - I don't know if this should be a ban (rather mute?) but I am no admin so It's not up to me to decide. Also, I couldn't find any casual report boards, instead of ban requests, so sorry if it shouldn't be here.

Basically, I've miss-hit STR_Moderat, and he simply killed me on purpose a while later, when we were running to the flag. Then, he started insulting me, after I <kicked> him (E key). Here is a screenshot of that one:

And it violates this rule:

No abuse of in-game chat (racism, insulting, griefing...)

PS. He's also called me a racist, without any reason (I am not racist). Though, I have no screenshot for that.

Well, Kamac told us a bit falls. He wrote in chat that noone must write in russian (cyrilic) - and that is xenophobia, also advised to moderat and to me kiss his ass several times - sexual harasement. That's why moderat called him a gay. Also, he Tk moderat intentionally several times. Unfortunately, I didnt make screens, but admin can easily check it in logs.
P.s. Kamac shows us cutted log - to hide his "kiss my ass" etc.

To be honest, usage of english only should be enforced, the bullshit cyrillic spam is getting fucking ridiculous, seriously, if you cannot write english, keep it to steam/facebook/teamspeak. Wanting to get someone banned for calling you gay is somewhat weird, this is internet, people call people my old friends every second pretty much.

The teamkill is reason for a ban tho.

And NikMac: gtfo with xenophobia bullshit, either you are able to respect and tolerate the gaming environment of others and do not fuck it up with cyrilic, or you are the one being idiot here.

Sure, I agree that he should be banned...

... You forget that he TKed me on purpose (back stab) after I accidentially hit him during a fight. I think that this can be checked in logs too. (You will see that he killed me first)
