I have more than 150 in polearm and it's awfully slow!

Polearm, but there's a speed and damage penalty.

Damage penalty is 35%:

penalty_mod = 0.85*0.85*0.9; // Mounted + 2h polearm
break;
Not sure about the speed but I believe it's about the same.

I'm not into the maths, but I thought polearms that were used from horseback took about a 30% decrease in speed (same with using a shield)? Maybe it's slower on horse
