Unban Toran EU5

Hello,

plz tell me why i am Banned from the EU 5 Server.

Can you take me Unbanned ?

Sry for my english.

I Play all Times on the EU5 Server and i brake never the Rules on the Server, today was my Son playing for me after the School :-( and he can me not tell me the reason for the BAN.

Thx for the Work and Problem, he play never for me this Game :-(

There is no Thoran in the banlist. Are you sure that's the character you got banned with?

Da ist kein Thoran in der Banliste. Bist du sicher, dass du mit diesem Charakter gebannt wurdest?
Vielleicht  Synelia? Der wird übermorgen(13.3.) entbannt.

Da ist kein Toran in der Banliste. Bist du sicher, dass du mit diesem Charakter gebannt wurdest?

Da es überall steht.

Sollte schon entbannt worden sein am 14.03 ist aber noch nicht passiert.

Unban für Jarl_Toran_von_Shark ist erfolgt. In Zukunft bitte immer alle in Frage kommenden Charakternamen dazu schreiben, wenn du nicht weißt, welcher Charakter gebannt wurde. Bei uns taucht nur der spezifische Charaktername in der Banliste auf, auch wenn der Ban für alle Chars gilt.
