ACCORDING TO GIVEN TIMES I JUST DISTRIBUTED THE CLANS INTO APPROPRIATE GROUPS

the dividing is not yet final as many clans haven't stated at what time they are able to fight, however those that registered lately or haven't filled yet the time favorable for them were moved into the group where they were "needed" - to 17:00 GMT.

all clans have time to raise the objections on how the distribution was done or additionally fill their prefered fighting time, however according to the fact that most of the people prefer 19:00 GMT over 17:00 GMT its more than obvious that it is not possible to take everybody's oppinion into consideration.

for now i consider only Roses and Risen to be permanently moved to 19:00 GMT group as they are smaller clans and this is the only time when they are able to fight.

registrations are still open, however if above mentioned clans will be able to find a place in a group when they are able to fight, there won't be place anymore for you in the upcoming tournament.

i'll sign you as the 1st substitute, however if everybody from above mentioned clans will be participating (which is probable, but still not absolutely sure), there won't be a place for you in this event.

its difficult to guess ahead how many clans will apply. 3 qualifiers with 5 (or even 6) clans each could also be an option, but many quite big clans never expressed any desire in coming in the past so 12 competitors seemed as a reasonable maximum for this tourney to me.

(if i'd count all the clans that ever (tried to) applied, i'd get to 15 total including you, but one of them (IG) got disbanded in meanwhile - to risky to make 3 qualifiers since beginning. maybe in the future there can be even bigger than 12ish tournaments if more clans will show desire to participate)

Beauchamp you are aware there are issues with pole arm animations when it come to overhead attacking team mates.

This could cause a problem in the tournament and i would urge you to ensure that opposing teams choose opposing factions ingame for their fights.

i noticed some posts and video on the forums, however i never connected this with bringing possible problems during tournament. its definitely a good suggestion, i think i will adjust the rules.

UPDATED RULE NR. 6 - TEAMS HAVE TO BE IN DIFFERENT FACTIONS

6 - Server will be in CTF mode - if your team is called into the tournament fight you have to join the same faction as your clanmates. The first team called into the battle joins upper faction, the 2nd team called into the battle joins lower faction!
