Reasons for ban - SPAM

Hello.
I was banned for 6 days for "spam" Construction Site:

I read rules, but not saw there what you call spam? It is 2 CS? 3 CS? May be 4 CS? After ban admin said to me, that spam is 3 CS.
Why i was banned for 6 (six!) day, if rules don't say what is spam? I just don't know, what is spam. And many people don't knows what is spam.

Please, write the rules, what is spam and if possible unban me.

Spam? Uncontrolled creation or sending a large number of somethin : porno-links, fake-lottery tickets, construction sites:D
But, still, there must be clear rule, what number of CS can be counted as spam.

That's what I'm talking about - the rules must be approved by the exact number of CS.

I broke the law because i don't saw this information in rules.

Ive read this a few times in the past day or so, I guess I was waiting for some1 else to respond.

CS "spam" is considered to be anything more than 1-2 cs per area.

CS blocking doors and stairs in general is breaking for siege sometimes so dont consider it a valid tool to use.
