Pole + Shield speed penalty

I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times, but which polearms have a speed penalty when used with a shield?

Every polearm which can be used with a shield.

Thought the penalty was 15%, not sure.


I'm unsure about secondary polearm modes. Maybe its 30%.
