[Ver 2.8] Arked-Draggon Alternate Clan Banner Pack

The custom banners are completely different files. They don't change the banner pack files. I've not had to recopy mine in since the first update. The only problem is the updates of the scripts.txt.

Right, I said that wrong I guess.  What I meant was that, you may have one of the banner packs installed, but in-game the std_banners_custom (exclusives) are somehow 'prioritized' over the std_banners (banner packs).  Not that the files themselves are overwritten - sorry about the confusion there.

After installing the banner pack I get script errors at the start and m&b crashes after I try to join a server.

I'll redo the scripts for you bud. 
I really haven't messed with this since they came out with exclusive banners due to the constant patching overwriting scripts, and alot of the banners you can't even see due to exclusives taking precedence in-game over the banner packs. =/

If I knew where the scripts were for the new exclusives, I could just copy/paste the banner pack over those instead and the scripts would match, but I don't have this nifty little piece of info... yet.

As soon as you upload a complete bannerpack.zip I will mirror that, too. Got enough space on my server, would not need it at all.

Since the NativeBannerpack and the cRPG-Bannerpacks got different bannersizes inside... is there a possibility (for me) to alter the Native-files so the cRPG-Bannerpacks are usable there?

As for the Native pack sizes, I'm thinking the following steps might fix that...
- Use the square 'Select' tool or 'Crop' tool in Photoshop or Gimp to outline just the banners in one of the .dds files for cRPG (doesn't matter which one - they're all the same size).  Be sure to draw the box around all 21 banners, but only the banners and not the wood-looking crap on the side.
- Choose to 'Copy' the selection you've made.
- Open one of the .dds files for Native Warband and 'Paste' the cRPG copy on top.
- Resize the new layer with the corner and side adjustment bars till it fits exactly into the proper size of the Native .dds. (banner part only of course)
- Merge layer down, save .dds.

That should do it!  Gonna try one myself just to see how it turns out.

The banners would be fucked up by then. we would have an eliptic sun, not a round one anymore.

What I meant was that some line of code somewhere could maybe resize the native-banners so that I simply can put in the crpg-bannerfiles.

     Just saying again, Thank for the amazing new banners. They make the game feel fresh rather than the same old things. That's why CRPG overall is a very good idea to keep the game pumped up.
