So, you walk down the street, on your way home from school/work. This dude starts to go in ur way, intentionally. Whatever way you turn, he gets in front of you, just to annoy you. Your starting to get angry, and asks him polite to stop going in your way, he then states that the air is free for everyone. Your trying to explain to him about common sense, and how he should allow you to walk, and not intentionally try to block ur way. He tells you to "calm down, its only IRL!". You take up your longsword and cuts him in two pieces with a well-placed swing.

When I was in first grade I would ride my bike home from my friends house down a big hill, there was this jerk older kid who would routinely be at the bottom of the hill(between my and my friends house)

He stopped me twice and scared me into going back up the hill and taking a much longer road home

I remember the third time I saw him at the bottom of that hill waiting to block me and scare me into going the long way home

But this time instead of giving into fear I turned it into rage, charged down that hill straight at him, my bike collided with his stationary bike and somehow after the wreck he ended up pretty messed up

I kicked him in the head a few times and left him

Never did see him again

Well, the difference between this game and real life is that we can't jump very high. In warband there may not really be another option than to attack.

You can defend you and must defend someone  only it's a danger for your/his life.
If there is no risk of physical danger but the perseverance in the caused embarrassment, it's a harassment thus liable to penalty by the law...
