My favorite feint is to extend my left arm and then my left index finger. I then shout, "Look behind you! A 3-headed monkey!" When they turn around, I punch them in the back of the head and run away giggling.
Maybe it woud be better for me to find out where you life and kill you when you are satch a Soziopath. You have enough now.
Constantly moving back and forth, into and out of reach(Works only against either heavier armored opponents or people with less ath) and at backpedalling using the FULL reach of my weapon(People always underestimate the length of weapons).Catches them off guard pretty often.

On my hoplite, I sometimes left-click, quickly right-click, then left-click again (feintstab). Even with a 94 speed lance and 1 attack direction, it works a good deal of the time. I think the feint is so light the animation can't show it sometimes.
The most original thing I ever did in a duel is missing a kick on purpose then attacking when my enemy was (just enough) confused
