Hey man I agree with you, very good taste, 1940s Germany is definitely best known for their high sense of fashion and professionalism.

To compliment your suggestion, I think that European Jews from the similar era had very good uniforms, many fought for paramilitary organizations such as in the Warsaw Uprising and they were famous for their fashion as well.  Lets take some examples

And how about we revisit some of those swaggy German soldiers?  My, look how well dressed they are!

Boy, no matter what those chocolate chip cookie Officers were doing, they sure looked mighty fine!

So if someone runs amok in a Calvin Kline suit, or in something from Gorgio Armani, those labels should be ruined, because there is always a connection between what people do and what people wear?

And seriously, never mind what the Wehrmacht did, they fought against a way superior enemy and did better than anyone else at that time would have done. Their high morale and discipline, and not to forget their good equipment (in most, though not all cases) makes them one of the most impressive armies of all times. This definitely deserves respect, and I for myself have no problems to differ between the quality of the work you do, and the purpose. Yes, they did something really bad and awful, but hell! They did it well!

And yes, I am German. All do-gooders are free to feel offended now.

P.S.: I do have prejudices against jews: I think they have a really high percentage of educated, capable and incredibly intelligent folks, so that I think the world of jews.

Not even trolling, I agree that the SS were some of the finest dressed, professional, brave men to ever serve, and since people were posting glam shots of SS officers, I wanted to join in on the conversation, and show some of my proud polish history in the thread as well.
