Repair costs?

Hi, I was hoping I could get some advice about repair costs on my setup. I use :
War Bow
Khergit arrows
Military cleaver
Huscarls Round shield
Heraldic mail and Tabard
Helmet with neckguard
Is this setup going to cost too much in repairs?
Also what is the cause of repairs at the end of a round. Is it general usage that requires the repair or only if you die?
Any help, much appreciated.

its 5% of buying price per item. But there is only a possibility that some item will be broken. It is really hard to make some repair budget because it is random.
EDIT: It doesnt matter if you die but when you win then you have lower chance that your items will be broken..

Word of Advice, feel free to use "cheap" gear at first and once your team is on the "upswing" (aka, not losing badly) put on your good pair of boots... When the x climbs, you can also wear more "heavy" stuff to make sure it stays that way!
