ok, the map before this, he did 2 tks, 1 intentional on somebody at spawn, 1 unintentional on me...after these tks, i wrote in chat, "lol, 2 tks, no sorrys?"...no answer from him

next map (in the video)...unfortunately i didn't have fraps running for his 1st spawn tk and ta'ing at spawn, but then i loaded it up cos he hit me (it became personal lol)

i have more vids but they take forever to upload, but before i captured this 1, he was spawning with throwing javelins, running up to me and holding them in the throw position at my head, then pressing x and hitting me melee with them...

as you can see, during the vid, i TAB so u can see his -minus kill count, and if you read carefully people are like 'why is this guy tking so much' etc etc...

here is a screen of the previous rounds tk, u can see it's at spawn because i was last on my team, got killed, respawned then insta tk'd...

Now, i'm putting myself on the line here, but, i think we need to see you admins put together some sort of crime and punishment table, if there's already such a thing please point it out...

i.e. multiple deliberate tking - 3 days
      breaking a ladder you placed yourself  - 3 days
      trolling - 13 days
      rage tking - 5 days
      leeching - small ban

You showed me a vid of him TKing once, then youve brought evidence of a TK and the guy have been punished for one TK. 3 days is one of my heavier bans so far, so its a pretty long one. And, this is offtopic, please go to the general forum if you wanna make a discussion about this.

Nah, he'll take the 3 days. When it's up, he'll get a chance to show he got the message. If he didnt, well be increasing the punishment.
My goal is not to punish, but to make people accept the rules so they behave.

TK is not allowed. If hes really a huge problem, try going on the IRC-channel to get an admin to ban him. You are under no circumstances allowed to TK. Notice that he got a longer ban than you.

Well, after some research, golovorez wasn't officially accepted into druzhina to start with. He just added clan tag and runing around with our banner. He was on a test preioud, and doesn't look like he passed it.
