The Bluemans Bizzare Billboard of Requests! WTB Foot armour!

As you walk around The Bluemans Baffling Blue Bazaar, you spot a billboard with lots of notes on it. Besides the Wanted and Ransom notes, fliers about lost kittens and Polish immigrant slaves workers offering their services; you spot a note concerning items that The Blueman is looking to acquire. You also see a rather funny cartoon strip and chuckle lightly of the joke.

I am looking for people who can bring me the items on this list. I am basically looking for blue armours and helmets! Any bloodstains, bits of bones or other parts of their former owners are no problem. No questions asked. All blue items are considered, but the following list is those I'm mainly interested in:

EDIT: Because some people didn't realize it; the items/item groups that are striked (example) means I already got one of them. The coloured number next to them shows what lvl I got them in (+1, +2 or +3). I mainly have them here in case I sell/trade my current one, although I still might be interested in buying another/similar item or an additional one for trading.
