Leader of LL, Killer Of Flowers

 Hi, this is MaTRiX. So recently I joined LL and all was going well.  And just so you know, yes, this is Ricky. About 1 month ago I got banned for being stupid.  So I bought a new account (with the consent of the devs), and my friend KIKIT decided to take a break from the game and gave me some looms.  I took those looms and played the market for a while.  I ended up with
+3 brigandine
+2 haubergeon
+2 elegant poleaxe
+1 english bill

Last night my friend Egad, another person who got banned with me, got unbanned.   He told me I might be getting unbanned soon.  KIKIT also said he was going to start playing cRPG again, so I thought OK, to be safe I will give the looms to a friend, because the way it was explained, if you are unbanned and have 2 accounts, you have to choose one, and I did not want to lose all my friend’s looms.  So I gave them to my clan leader Killer of Flowers, so that I could use my original account if it got unbanned and KIKIT could still get his looms when he came back.   
Last night Flowers “kicked” me out of LL, after I already told him I was going to leave the clan.  Still in possession of KIKIT’s looms, he banned me from teamspeak and blocked me on steam, cutting off all communication.  I decided to talk to ManOfWar, seeing as he is a respected and level-headed player who could act as mediator.  Through Mano, Flowers finally agreed to return the looms except for the +3 brigandine which he apparently traded for another lordly armor.  He further declined to attempt a retrade so that he could return the brigandine and refused to transfer the +3 armor that he had traded the stolen brigandine for. 
I would like the brigandine returned if possible, or the armor he traded it for if not.  I also consider this a PSA of sorts and warn others to avoid dealing with Flowers.

Honestly just give him his gear back Flowers, you're a commander of a Clan, and a respectable one at that--this is nothing but bad publicity for you and Ricky gave you more than ample time and ManOWar and I both suggested you give all his gear back.


He's been patient thus far, just give him back all his stuff.

How retarded (and trusting) are you?  My own bro wouldn't even give me his looms when he was contemplating quitting (and didnt play for 2 months). 

Maybe you should have asked for them back before you said you were going to quit...

I'm not saying Killer isn't a cut throat douche, but seriously, you gave your looms to someone, they are no longer yours.  I feel empathy for you, but this is a learning moment :p

in my honest opinion ive been nice thus far to give him back all but 1 item because he did give them to me even if it was only to hold onto untille his other account got unbanned

Yeah, that's bush league man.  If he says, "Too bad," that isn't really a fair or mature response to pocketing 8 gens worth of heirlooms (nice ones at that).  Ricky's already having a rough time, and though this doesn't exactly fit into the new marketplace rules, it's not right.

Sure he gave back some of them, but he's only making partial reparations.  Whether he intended on keeping all of those looms, kicking him to the curb, and giving him the perma-cold shoulder or not, he certainly didn't intend to let Flowers keep them.  It'd do the community justice if he gets his armor back, or whatever the admins see fit.

Flowers doesn't need a ban though.  +3 Brig is understandably tempting.

This a direct breach of the recent market rules. I personally support the full extent of procedure in the event that the perpetrator was indeed knowingly screwing the victim over.

I do encourage that a proper investigation go about for this particular event, as it seems to be an extraordinary case.

edit2; Killer, you're a cool guy. And I've played with you  a bunch of times. Yes, Ricky may not be well liked among the community, but I'm sure you can do better than screwing the guy over. I do appreciate that you gave him most of his heirlooms back, but this could definitely be sorted out in a far less aggressive manner.

Well... unfortunately this isn't really covered, at least not under the rule as stated. This wasn't some mistake on the market place, this was someone getting pissed off because someone else trolled them.
