Which is the better 2h weapon?

I was thinking about selling my nodachi (cause it sucked  ) and buying an other 2h weapon. Flamberge seems to be a little bit slow (86 spd rating), so I'd like to know if I should buy a german, or a danish greatswords? And also reasons, if possible

Please get something else than a german or danish, there are already too many of them lying around on the battlefield. Maybe try a Heavy Great Sword, it has a scabbard. Or a Scottish Claymore.

i think most people use german, because the lolstab is probably the most powerfull attack in CRPG.
if you swing more than you stab, you should chose danish thoguh

Danish for swings, german for stabs. Practice sword for real skillz.

The great sword has the same amount of stab damage as a german, so you could allways use that for variety.

i prefer the longsword to the other 2h. Its got good range and dmg. The speed of it is incredible and, also  it heirlooms nicely and its pretty cheap .

i wouldnt say it has good range as we are comparing to other 2Hs, and longsword is one of the shorter ones

If u wanna have the advantage in 1v1 situations then go with a cookies/tears (danish/german greatswords now?)

I am a fan of the flamberge.

It's slower but does more damage and has more range.

You can still 1 shot people with a greatsword stab i believe - i havent used 1 for ages though so i cant really comment compared to a flam.

Other 2h weps? Great axe/Bardiche do good damage and are better shield breakers than their sword cousins.

There's always block crush weps too but i personally suck with them unless im in heaviest armour

EDIT: I use longsword for duelling as the only weapon ive heirloomed is the flam. It's fast but i find myself face hugging due to it's length.
Claymore has shitty stats compared to other weps.

If it's looks ur after go for Sword of War (nice look + sheath) or Flam (Wavy blade!)

Check out the heavy great sword, best balance between attack speed and swing and stab damage.  Only tools walka round with a sword ins tab position and only stab because of an imbalance in the game.  If you actually duel, manual block and chamber, use the heavy great sword.  Though I personally use the miadao, but very few people use that one as yet (knock on wood), I think we all get tired of the german greatsword , tin can clones.  By the way any man using a scottish claymore is a badass.

I use the Miaodao as well, just for the sheer speed factor. 96 on gen 1 (just heirloomed it  ) and it has great damage compared to the other "high end" swords  the only mitigating factor I think is that there is no stab for it at all.  But I have been using it for so long I never do that anymore anyhow.
