Also I added HRE's banner to A 2-5 and moved Eastern Tsardoms Banner to E 2-1.

Our banner covers the one from my link I gave.. It does not cover the reddish/white striped french symbol one. Sorry for any confusion.

No airbrush or any special effects, though the feather texture on the wings is borderline in my opinion, and should get simplified.
I thought more about stuff like pokemons(Smart Gaming), stone texture on a banner(Children of the Green Sun), airbrush(Shark Clan, Aegis Sovereignty). Also, Aegis Sovereignty ones is special, they got a logo of a shield in a shield, then paint that on their shields, would be a nice banner if they dropped the outer shield and de-airbrushed it.

There should a separate thread be made, so we can see which banners are in and which not. And AdNecrias is able to continue his own work in here if/when he comes back.

Sad, that AdNecrias had to stop... I am not trusting somebody elses work, since there are whiners like Leiknir out their that have influence on them.
