I believe it is technically against the rules, even in strat.  Best bet: FRAPS.  Second best bet: a series of screenshots, preferably with his back to you, running away, over a number of minutes.

it all comes down to killing. If timer runs out, the attackers don't respawn. If flags are captured, neither team is able to spawn.

2. there is only one person left
THEN IT IS AGAINST THE RULES FOR THEM TO CONTINUE TO RUN

It would be delaying which is leeching since strat does give a good amount of exp
