:O
As long as you don't let the filthy rich stick hundreds of tickets on for guaranteed win. D:
I am thinking about such a cap:
You can buy max. 4 "effective" tickets.
Effective ticket is a ticket that actually participates in drawing.
First ticket costs 5k (in total - 5k)
Second ticket costs 15k (in total - 5k + 10k)
Third ticket costs 30k (in total - 5k + 10k + 15k)
Fourth ticket costs 50k (in total - 5k + 10k + 15k + 20k)
In other words:
If you buy 1 ticket on market, you got 1 effective ticket in Lottery.
If you buy 3 tickets on market, you got 2 effective tickets in Lottery.
If you buy 6 tickets on market, you got 3 effective tickets in Lottery.
If you buy 10 tickets on market, you got 4 effective tickets in Lottery.
I will count how many tickets each character bought. If one bought not an equal amount of tickets required for given amount of effective tickets, it's his problem.
For example, if MrIAmGreedy buys 5 Tickets, he only gets 2 effective tickets in Lottery. Sorry, no refunds. If you want, you still can buy one more ticket to get total of 6 tickets, though. And in effect you will get 3 effective tickets.
I know it is a bit complicated, but this is the only way "rich" people won't get huge advantage over others in the lottery. Sure, five tickets is much bigger chance for winning, but if someone else wins, he gets 45k from your pocket. Funny, isn't it?
Give me your feedback, please. I am not sure if it isn't
too complicated.
Also feel free to ask any questions. I might forget about something.
NOTE: The next edition of lottery didn't start yet!
