I am afraid the dev won't be able to fix this until they have some 10000000% good coder. Its a warband bug, extremely hard to fix. Just found out that this happen to the attacker too. around 10 attacker near the flag and the defender still win. It happens to both side.

How can it be a common warband bug when it suddenly occured a couple of patches ago?

Atm it only happens to defenders.

When the flag is almost down and the last attacker at flag dies, the defending team has automatically lost.
I don't know why and like Fips I would really love to see a statement from the devteam whether they can/want to do something about it or not :/

Already threw the old flag script in the bin and made a new one from scratch, so the bug should be fixed in my build. Don't think it will be ready for the next patch though.
