(S.O.B.S)

For far too long have countless dull days passed without a decent fight anywhere on the map. It seems that in the interest of long-term self preservation, clans are reluctant to declare wars, use troops, and spend gold. Instead, an overwhelming majority of clans in EU and NA alike sit on their own fat asses, slowly rotting away on eroding thrones.

But no more! No longer will we tolerate such preposterous acts of non-violence! Hate dreams of a world filled with war! We lie awake at night thinking of a better world, a world where broken bones and severed limbs are the norm. A world filled with pure and utter hate. This is what we dream of, so this is what we demand.

Saviors of an Otherwise Boring Strategus promises not to involve themselves or be concerned with large complexes of diplomacy that hinder the fun to be found in Strategus. S.O.B.S is not an alliance, S.O.B.S is not a clan. Saviors of an Otherwise Boring Strategus is a movement. We encourage clans and individuals who are bored with the current state of affairs, old and new, large and small, to contact us and help participate in a movement we hope will cleanse the world of a deepening carebear plague. Our goal is to dismantle the large, hindering diplomatic complexes that defile the NA world with their existence. The movement is situational, it will rise and fall depending on the current state of affairs. Those involved will offer mercenary support to one another in the interest of the general NA crpg community. On occasion, we may even merge armies and combine equipment in order to provide a more fierce perpetuation of fun in Strategus. 

Keep in mind that S.O.B.S is a movement confined to the areas of the North American map and community. The extensive carebear plague that can be found on the EU side of the map is none of our concern. Should an EU movement be born with the same goals as this one, we will support it as best as possible. However, to clarify, we will not meddle outside the borders of NA. All enemies of our movement may refer to us as the 'Sons of Bitches, Seriously'.

All in all, we want to have fun, so we're going to create it. Lately the Strat map has lost the interest of a great many, it's a bit sad to see really. We sincerely hope that this movement might breathe new life into a dead sub-section of c-rpg.

If you are honestly interested in having some fun in Strategus and creating a bit of turmoil in the current state of the world, hit me up on the forums or on Steam. Because, fuck it. That's why.

Officially requesting this "movement" to be renamed NECK™, Northern Empire Carries Kids. I mean really, Hospitallers/Occitan/ATS/LL and  DL/CoN do the heavy lifting, you guys stand in the corner like the weird kid no one likes jumping up and down screaming "Look at me, look at me, look at me!".

None of those clans have helped us except DL/CoN which is part of our strat faction and we have a very strong alliance. We helped Hosp/Occitan for a while but thats about it

It's pretty much just Hate (DL and Invictus) right now, maybe more people will join the cause.

People are taking strat way too seriously and conservatively, which turns into stockpiling endless amounts of resources and generally a lot of sitting on your ass.  This is our way of saying "fuck it" and trying to spice things up. 

We've had a fief, lost it, and now gained one again.  We'll probably lose it sometime in the future, oh well.  Frankly I could care less, provided we get in some fun fights and enjoy ourselves.  Because that's ultimately the point, not a bunch of gold hoarding and massive alliances that are so tangled everyone is afraid to fight anyone.
