I have a fully loomed poleaxe and it should be ok with a 21/18 build. atm im playing a 18/21 build because im cav, the swings might be slower but apart from that it should be fine so good luck =)

Buy all of them unloomed and just try them out for longer periods of time. Pick the one you like best. For me it was the German Poleaxe, really like it, probably mostly due to it not making you look like a woman.

Poleaxe and Long Bardiche are the best options in my opinion.
I voted Gurnisson cause of his fucking bendy pike, I swear noone can roflcopter stab like he can.

I will do this, at the moment I feel poleaxe is more "powerfull" than elegant poleaxe, and like it more, I will try german poleaxe if possible this night, if not tomorrow

don't loom axes. U can't sell them at market if you don't like them. They are too expencive to maintain.
Loom Glaive,Long Axe,awlpike, poleaxe. That items are good, and you can sell them if you don't like. Great long axe,and long war axe are also very nice, but you can't sell them. no one want to buy them.

No idea why but out of all the 4 directional polearms, the glaive just feels right to me.

So strange how you feel comfortable with a weapon, almost like you were destined to use just that one weapon.

This is very true. You can number crunch all day long, but in the end, some weapons, regardless of stats, just feel more natural.

The Long Hafted-Blade is pretty damn good.  Give it a try.
