Onine Character stats?

I can't find anywhere on where to go to upgrade/level up my character.  where do I do that?

You will need to log in for the first time with the password it gives you on an official server, hit Q then M then P, then once it gives you the password, hit S to confirm. If you miss the Password, do it again or simply hit L for the log.
