I think it would be very nice if the look of your character changes with his age/level (hairs get grey etc.).
I think "The vision" has something like this, but I don't know if it's possible for multiplayer. But it would be cool, and when you see other characters in game, you know how experienced they are when you see their face. 8-)

Let people keep their characters at whatever age they want. If you want your character to age, you can do it manually. Just every time you level up, slightly move your character's age bar.
