Heirloomed item

Hi all , well yesterday i retired and heirloomed an item , i can see him in the marketplace as lvl 2 item
but in my inv. shows as lvl 1 and in game didnt show at all.

Can anyon e help me ?

If you set it in your default inventory, do you have it ingame? Some items are only shown ingame if you have them in the default equipment.

Never had this problem before , my other HL item is lvl 3 and i see in game even if isnt set as default , 
and this one shows in website equipement as lvl 1 and if i click in marketplace shows as lvl 2 wich is correct
for a moment i have seen in game inv and now isnt anymore again : /

Oh another thing i noticed is that i got in game inv a ragged ankle boots that i didnt bought and dont shows in my inv but it shows in my ingame inv
