Hello,

a ban for a few minute leach seems like complete overkill.  The heavy handed draconian enforcement of the rules seems inappropriate.  The rules themselves are very important, however.

I suggest a "warning -> kick -> ban" measure, depending on the infraction.  It would contribute to a more wise and just crpg atmosphere.  It would be much better than "ban->ban->permanban."

You know what I mean?
