RGL error on startup

When I try to start the mod, I get an "RGL ERROR" message when I get to the loading screen, the mssage reads:

Unable to open file: Modules\cRPG\Resource\bomb.brf

Help would be appreciated

Are you starting the game with the launcher?

Yes, I reinstalled it after having a different startup error.

You reinstalled the launcher or the mod?
Try deleting your cRPG folder and running the launcher to install the mod from scratch.

I tried redownloading the launcher (this was before you responded), deleting cRPG, and then reinstalling it.
But when I start the launcher I get an error reading:

The operation has timed out.

And when I click continue, I get this error when the launcher is "downloading server info":

I have tried redownloading the launcher again (dunno why that would help) but it changed nothing.
