I think they combined a bunch of threads about the market into one.  One had the poll, so the whole thread has a poll now.

Why would they go through my stuff? It's not like I'd send anything bad anyways... How would someone put the poll on my thread though? Maybe I'll change my password to be safe.

Well global mods and forum admins can edit your posts, i could right now add a poll.
Market threads were merged and it's possible that the poll was added as MrShine said.

Not sure about the forum mechanics but it's possible you can due to lack of permissions not actually delete the poll.

I can only really confirm the merge.
