BAN reason

hi.last night i tried to join eu 1.but I learnt I was banned.and I cant connect strategus.My Character name is Karluk_Beleg.Can I just learn the reason?

Three 24h bans were issued for delaying on EU6 - Rageball.
You were one of those.
Delaying is against the rules in all game modes.

Ban expires in ~ 14 hours.
