Cant change strat ranks

I am rank 10 clan user and I cant change other people ranks. it worked in previous patch but now it doesnt save after I change it.

Try turning eye candy off and then changing ranks - worked for me

well Im pretty sure I didnt instal the latest Eye candy version (if there is any) I will try to turn it off (if its possible in google chrome). Thanx for help!
