I got a somewhat strange idea:

with new ranged patch in wich Headshot are big bitch

why not going HA with Headshot mania and full speed?

here's my  two possible built, tell me what you think of them:

I tested HA 5 vs 6 and with 6 and 130 wpf you reticle closes completely at full speed even on a courser and stays closed for about 2 seconds...

You however can't do any damage with a bow and 2 PD... only at full speed.

HOWEVER!

What I have not tried it 2 PT and war darts... Much more power than a bow. If the accuracy goes as insane as it does with the bow then you will have 24 shots of 25 pierce... it will kill things dead.

Its also much cheaper on an stf war darts are 1500 the bow is 2155 plus arrows plus horse...

1500 then half hour of dicking around on a server with a stick and you will have a rouncy.

already done... was pretty effective!

I'm going to dick around with this build later today. With a shitty bow and bodkins, hitting heads will hurt. It will even be effective in sieges and 0 athletics isn't that bad with 36 agility.

are you saying speed of HA counts now ? last time i checked the speed you were riding with didnt matter, and only speed of the target was taken into calculation

Tweaked a little.

155 in xbows will work better than 1 more HA. Also Xbow on horse do not receive damage penalty, so you do not need all possible HA.
50 HP is better than 44.
You'll still outmaneuvre enemy HA or lancer with 9 riding. Just remember that Horse archer cant shoot at right side.
