No exp/gold tick when in menu

I just noticed that you don't get a tick for experience/gold when you're in the menu or the inventory when the tick should be. Is that intentional?

Yes, it's intentional. Before that change it was possible to spawn once on siege, go and die, put the menu up and get all ticks for the round and the multiplier if you won. Had to be fixed.

my game is windowed so i pause and go on the internet and shit man

i have literally bare minimum have lost half my xp if this is true

So you think that you should be able to go AFK for 70% of the time you "play" the game and still get XP/gold?

If you don't spawn (and stay in equipment screen) you don't get XP/gold...no shit, it should be that way (and should be obvious to you that you're not getting gold/xp).

You keep saying "lose xp/gold", I've never had c-rpg take away xp, and the only time you lose gold is when you pay for repairs.  It's not like they are taking away xp/gold, you just don't get ticks when you don't spawn into the round. 

Also, if you go afk for a few rounds, you keep the multiplier you had (it will take a tick before it shows the right multiplier).

as in i join the round and go die i go into menu so i can go on the internet and in the process i dont get xp/gold

i was mad at the time and i think it is a record btw

not joining the round and not get xp/gold is a given but joining the round fighting and dieing and just because i have a menu up should not mean i lose xp/gold(at least without due notice and warning)

OKAY one more time THERE IS MULTIPLE WAYS OF DOING THIS please note i play my game windowed(not full screen)

1:alt+tab
2:esc key(this is what i chose,i just hit esc then clicked the internet tab)
3:Shift+tab

i chose the 2nd one and that coincidentally is the one that makes it so you do not get ticks WHICH IS WHY I GOT SO MAD

please understand there are multiple ways of doing something and i ended up picking the one that i lost xp for PREVENTABLE REASONS someone could have warned me....LIKE PUTTING BIG BOLD RED TEXT SAYING WARNING U LOST A TICK BRORUMAD?????

yes i iz mad and i know damn well im not the only one who did/doing this so im trying to prevent xp/gold loss can you imagine how much xp i lost? im not a  very good player so alot of the time im in dead spectator WHERE I HIT ESC KEY,thus i pretty much lost ALL xp while i am dead.so pretty much its like i did not make any ticks while i was dead

now im hitting shift+tab

and esc key consistently is either called pause or menu so do not hate lol

(if i sound trolly its cus i got off work and im in a good mood  )
