My recollection of last night is:
Hero was abusing admin in chat and was being a general douche as well. I asked him to stop. He didn't - and so I muted him. Either another admin or the mapchange disabled my mute, and he continued being a douche again in chat. I asked him to stop, he didn't. I asked him to stop again, he didn't. I told him, for a second time, to take his issues with me/the admin up on the forum instead of in the in-game chat. He didn't. He openly disagreed with my actions, insulted the admin, and spammed chat - including a few things in fill-the-screen capslock. He then wrote something like "you're the fucking worst admin" and I banned him. My stated reason was chat abuse, but the main purpose of the ban was to give him time to cool off and take his issues to the appropriate places and people.
