Dude got lower portion of his face split in half, like someone used a sharp knife or some shit like that. He's still breathing but the medic has to hold his face with both hands otherwise he'll look like some weird fish or shit.
Really, really, scary. If you happen to be one of those people who feel the pain of others on their own skin (like when someone falls hard you "feel" the pain as well) better don't watch that clip or you'll think that your face is severely messed up for few days...
Also, about that first clip. Movies about it aren't that scary, actually there are two movies made about that particular girl. Thing is that shit is REAL. She was probably mentally sick but most people (who are also religious nutcakes) believe that she was really possessed by demons (six of them actually). Including her mother and father... I mean she ate bugs and drink her piss, according to them...
