I was told the payout was 400k, WHICH I expect to be reimbursed with given that I was so idiotically fired by the mayor! WITH NO WARNING!

I mean the nerve of that man! After all I've done for Praven he just turns around and says "I don't think we need siege equipment"... ITS A FUCKING SIEGE YOU MORON OF COURSE YOU NEED SIEGE EQUIPMENT!

Also if you have never done a large siege (was it yoU! did YOU STEAL MY SPOT AT THE TABLE! I'lL KEEL U!) you get paid out in ticks. The ticks were about 20k each.

Make sure you check your char page if you haven't already for a difference in XP.

Yeah during the battle it was saying you gained so and so and I saw my bar filling up, in char page none of it has shown up plus the battle isn't listed in my participated page.

I'll give it some time I guess.

I'm curious what you need to do to be hired for a neutral faction, this battle marks the second time my application has gone un-accepted.

I don't have any "stats" yet, I'm assuming I haven't been signed up long enough/participated in enough battles to get a rating, but I noticed other people were hired who lacked info.


No I've not requested any payment.

(Sorry if posting in this thread is not the right move, it seems applicable to me  )

Pretty sure it goes by:

• Level
• Reliability (every time you sign-up and do not show for the battle the system will notice it for later and swap you for someone more realiable)

So better show up and be level 30/31 for those big battles. A low level character isn't much use in a Strategus battle anyway.

Yeah but going from 1 to 18 sure would be a lot fast if you stood on a wall and scythe at people.

A lot people signed up for this one. I was in the last 2 or 3 Praven defences and it snubbed me on this one. I've got shit hot reliability but my performance isn't that great, more deaths than kills. With my kind of ping its almost inevitable. I have to make sure I stay at the back in support.

I actually didn't think we could do this without capturing all the defender flags, but looks like I was wrong. Very fun siege!

Yeah it was a good one.

I think 2 things were missing from the defence.

Good leadership/hive mind. And ping.

Anders mentioned to me while we were playing that 6 of the attackers had over 100 ping. Where as on the defender side about 5 had under most had over 100 and a third had over 200 and I had 400.

There was an LLJK guys with -6 or 8 kills and 30 deaths :/

I ruined my score though I had 5 kills and tried to rush the base but all I manged to do was wreck 2 ladders and the equipment rack.

But I do not want to detract from the Greys win, they did a great job and the way they moved up and set up a spawn so they kept hitting that end of the wall was excellent and wound up working.

Yeah, I think there were quite a few NA defending because of the battle time, whereas obviously the attackers were all EU and benefited from being on the right server. Every little bit counts, it was a close battle.

I think you're exaggerating just a bit

I went 2 and 21, the worst of the LLJK bunch.  Considering all of the times OUR OWN TEAM knocked me off the walls and blackbarred me after knocking somebody down, I actually did pretty well.

So.. take that as a learning experience.  When an opponent falls to the ground, don't charge through everyone side-swinging trying to get the kill.

When you're playing defense, holding the line and working as a team is more important than trying to get the best KDR.


Grats Greys, you came well organized and equipped.  Don't chalk the victory up to simply having Americans on defense.  Well played!
