So a few days ago I was talking with skoots and he told me to hang out on TS, problem is no-one is ever on and I cant join any channels, anyone have the ability to remedy this? Ill make it worth your while ;) lol
Bear in mind he also needs normal permissions to move around the channels in TS. The server admins set it up as a precaution against trolls and mic spammers.
You can poke Canary to get him to give you admin rights.
This is correct, our teamspeak server, which is provided to us freely by some very kind folks, has everyone who logs on set to low permissions until someone changes it, which basically means that if you log on there you won't be able to switch channels by yourself until someone changes it. Mercifully, the great and powerful server owner recently gave me server admin so now I have this capability, and I'm on there quite often enough that anyone interested in talking with us should be able to catch me in order to get such a thing accomplished.
And for the record, everyone interested in applying should make it a point to log into our teamspeak, as there is simply no other way that I can see which is sufficient to get to know a person we're unfamiliar with as voice chat.
