Thanks for showing up for the battle, those of you who did and could make it.
Would have loved for more people to be there, but it is what it is and we learned some valuable stuff that we hadn't had the chance to fully face yet. When we paired against NH's Shields + Spear + Maulers from Hell and they also had 3-5 throwers to force us in, we found that the Guarding Pike technique only stood true a handful of times. Albeit we were really under-prepared given the different builds everyone had on our side, but it goes to show that we need to start getting people into a mentality of "Hey, I do this really well," or "Hey, I like this, I'm going to stick with it." so we can start to build our game plans around players that are going to remain the same or similar builds very often. When we get a group of guys to a point that say "This is what I am." then we as a clan can say "This is what we will be."
Just my two cents on the takeaway from the mini-scrim. Anyone who didn't stick around for the end missed a really fun time of NH and KUTT throwing on the KUTT banner and running through NA1 with massive numbers and a lot of tactical prestige. Big thanks to NH for playing.
