i ve been so dumb and deleted my main char, can i make a new one?

Did you delete it on the site or just ingame? If the latter, just make a new char with the same name as your previous main.

He deleted it on the website, it's revived now

Edit: Didn't read the topic title

In case you do not want your old one back, you can delete it and then create a new level 1 char.
That one can be made main then.
