My conclusion: Fail in leadership, if not anymore on the map.
If you don't care about staying on the map, do as you did, don't make friends, be stubborn, didn't get you anywhere last strat i was told won't help you this time. At least you can whine about others who really make an effort to work together with others and i may add that we do effectively.
Overall OkiN i expected that you at least would have already Durin castle, as you were saying that is one of your major goals.
Having more then 2 months uncontested to reach that goal, should have been enough. I guess someone else will do that then later on instead.

i wish us some nice bloody battles, we have nice gear and i hope Nords will match that at least in the first war you got really good gear where we only had crappy stuff.
