Alex, the new byzantion helmet is the one with 49head armor, you've put a picture of theone released in the previous patch. Also, the new byzantion helmet is the one that makes you faceless =0.

Honourable mention- the retextured nordic pot helmet (43ish head armor)- still has the same picture on the website but looks better ingame .
