Thats exactly my build with the exception of IF 4 and 1 point in shields, but to be fair im not the best rider in the clan. Maybe the other guys have better suggestions.

Aye, level 30 build that dates back to before the riding prerequisite changes, lance angle nerf, Riding speed bonus nerf, and speed nerf for the courser.
5 Power Strike, 3 Shield, 9 Riding, and a courser meant I could turn 90 degrees, do a thrust attack, and watch as the ludicrous old courser speed combined with the ludicrous speed bonus 9 riding used to give clothesline some poor unsuspecting player and watch even tin-cans explode  Did not even have to aim, sad but true, and just watch the lance sweep through the first head.

With modern mechanics it is still pretty funny to use (And surprisingly viable).

seems ok to me just tell me will you focus on cav or inf with this build ? what horse will you use, is it loomed ? what kind of armor will you use and is it loomed ?

im pretty sure Lungy used similiar build but even more extreme ;p 12/30 10 riding on champ courser, he was so fast and furious with it ^^

I use it as Infantry in some of the smaller maps or when less Fallens are playing (and take a Long Spear), but it is intended to be mainly cavalry.
Two gear sets/horses:  Light gear (Lamellar Vest) with an Arabian Warhorse most of the time, and heavy gear (Mongol Armour) with a Cataphract on occasion.
Usually the Light Lance with the fast horses, and the Lance with the Cataphract.

Only the Arabian horse is loomed.
