May be it will be my last question on cRPG world...

I have 3 questions.
1. How can I play cRPG on license from 1C(not english license)? Please, help!
2. Will be I banned on russian license (1C) if i was banned on English license because I used autoblock?
3. I used autoblock on the 20th November. I get 60thousand expierence(30-40 minutes on the EU_cRPG_2) Then I understood that autoblock change your FPS to lower (your FPS/3=FPS with autoblocks). I don't use autoblock last months. Can I be unbanned? May be it will be in 6 months but I want to know it.

You stopped using it because of FPS loss, not because you didn't want to cheat?
