Weather is not constant through maps

People joining fog maps halfway through are sometimes rewarded with sunny, clear skies on load.

Furthermore, I've noticed in my lan sessions that sometimes weather is different for us even at the start.

Right, not talking about the difference between having particles enabled, etc.

I'm talking half the players will be playing with fog and the other half will have a sunny day depending on join time.
