Javelin Cavalry aka Javalry build.

Hello, it's me again  I've asked this on few topics, but I haven't got any answers yet, nor have I found anyone else to ask this, so I decided to make my own thread for it.
So, anyway, to the point:

I played Native MP earlier today, and it was fun being a Sarranid Mamluke, with a fast horse, sword, shield and 2 stacks of javelins. It wasn't THAT accurate, or powerful (took 2 hits to kill a archer with worst armor, unless it was a headshot. I scored couple of those few times tho :o ), but I certainly enjoyed it. So, I was thinking of making my main like that, but... I couldn't figure out a good build. I could use STF and try out builds, but I used my STF yesterday :? and it don't really want to wait a week for this...

I was thinking of 1hand + shield + javelin combo, with Palfrey / Desert Horse and maybe sometimes on x5 a heavy armored horse, so either 5 or 6 Riding skill. My main purpose for the javelins are to either kill archers, or attack enemy cavalry, so, I'd REALLY enjoy it if I could one shot a light armor archer when on gallop (speedbonus)  Shield can be left off if it helps being a javelineer  I can block (fairly) well (sometimes, atleast) at archers would shoot my horse instead of me, anywho. WPF, well, I wanna be able to pick up javelins and other throwing weapons (don't want the big red text every time I spawn ) but I read that having more WPF than the min limit isn't going to help that much, so I could use the extra for 1hand WPF. Armor, well, I usually use medium armor, I'm most used to that. I'll include few armor set weights here:

Medium armor -  Body 9.1 + Gloves 1 (2) + Boots 2.7 + Helmet 1.6 (4.8)
Heavier armor (only for x5, and doesn't need to be as effective as medium armor) - Body 15.5 + Gloves 1 (2) + Boots 2.7 + Helmet 2 (6)

I made a build by myself, but the WPF amounts are still a big question and I'm not entirely sure about it yet...

Oh, and here is some info I found on various topics about this

Info I found out:

- When wearing under 7 weight of combined armor, you need 13 wpf per power throw.
- Shooting 12 axe took 19.5 sec at 100wpf and 18.5 second at 150wpf. (Didn't thought to test at 52wpf  :?)
- The more power throw you take the farther you can shoot your weapon. (It's not a lot thought)
- Power throw doesn't increase your accuracy.
- getting more than the basic 13 wpf per power throw is useless IMO as seen in the picture.
- at 8 pt, killing someone in the chest with 6 IF and 57 body armor, will take 2-3 axe. (range = 3-4 meter. without speed multiplicator)

New info (again):

- Each point in horse archery increase your wpf need by 10. (except the first, don't know why)

Also about armor reducing wpf...

It's a wild guess but I think above 7 weight of combined armor, you need wpf = to your combined weight + 7.

This is a quote from Kophka, but it's Jan 3rd, 2011 so I'm not really sure that this'd be valid.

Strangely enough, Javelins are absolutely wonderful for horse throwing or "Javalry". With a low PT requirement, they get decently accurate at 5 PT, allowing you to build agility for riding 2 or 3, and Horse Archery to 2 or 3, before going all strength. Two javelins can often do the same job that 2 jarids can do. Imagine that a javelin removes 55% of your enemies health while a jarid removes 80%. You still have to hit twice with the jarid OR the javelin to kill them, and you have a better chance of doing so with the javelins. Remember fledgling Javalry players, Horse Archery DOES affect your accuracy at a gallop, which is where your main prey may be found, namely Horse Archers and Heavy Cavalry.

And no, I'm not expecting good K/D with this, I just want a build like this which is fun and viable  :)

But anywho, anyone have any suggestions / tips / builds / questions? I'd really appreciate if someone could help me out with this

TL;DR: I need a 1hand + throwing build on horseback.

If it's true;

With an 18/18 build you should give

Power Throw: 6
Weapon Master: 6
Riding: 6
Horse Archery:3

One Handed: 130
Throwing: 104

And you will have 8 skill points to spend due to your style.
I believe that build can handle while you wear medium armor. If you can find the exact formula, you can reduce the throwing

I tried a javalry character with STF, but I did awful. Maybe 3-4 kills in like 5 hours, so I deleted him. I think I tried both War Darts and Jarids, but I always missed either way. Bump then throw was the only effective way for me to kill anyone, but then you don't get the speed bonus.

Not to say it won't work for you, but it was a total failure for me.

Yeah, at first, I felt like this class isn't for me, but after a while, I started "knowing" when to throw to hit enemies on gallop, and I did fairly well, got 3-4 kills in a round maybe. It was fun  :) especially when I hit something  :D also, headshots  Oh, and unlike like you; I'd always miss when I tried to hit someone who's in the ground...

GK_Lorenzo also gave me a new build to try out: 15 - 21, 5 PS 2 Ath 3 HA 7 Riding 5 PT 7 WM. Oh, and, I'll forget Javelins. Jarids are faster, more "accurate", more dmg, and also they're easier to see in the field  I can pick them up easier
