Balanced? It will be balanced if lances have 60meters long!

So you want super increased speed, and the ability to do massive amounts of damage, but you see something wrong with the balancing factor that the speed bonus increases damage dealt to you as well?

A nice, informative little story thing. I enjoyed reading it :)

As hard as I rage against the archers of the enemy team, I am immensely grateful for their presence in the game. As teammates, they're rather helpful in most any situation, and as enemies they're basically free kills if I can sneak up on them. My courser, you see, tip toes around the battlefield--she's sneaky.

There is one more important thing. Shooting into melee. As an archer i can say that i always shoot into melee to help my mates not enemies. I'm sure that many of you rages about arrows or bolts in you ass and head. Shit happens, but wonder a while how many times archer or crossbowman saved ur life?
I have to disagree; I've been hit in the back by friendly fire a lot more often than I've been saved. Particularly if you play siege a lot, this will happen. You are running along a wall when an enemy blocks your way and you have to fight. Any archer on your side will be behind you and so more likely to hit you in the back than the enemy who's on the other side of you. It's much easier for crossbow users: just keep the crosshair still and only shoot when the enemy moves into them, but archers I'd still advise not to try it.
The word is "anyway" not "anyways". You are not Gabby Hayes.

I sometimes play on siege and i know about shooting on walls. As i write at begining "Shit happens" but there are some retarded archers who don't care about how many team dmg they do. Especially on siege servers when they know that they will respawn in short period of time. I think on battles archers are more carefull with shooting than on siege.
I always say sorry if i make a friendly fire anyway :)
Archer forever :D

I think the majority of people are more careful on Battle then Siege.
