I deleted my skip the fun char earlier as I didnt use him and only had a few days to wait to create a new STF char. I then made an alt just now (Dave_The_Longbowman) and the STF clock reset itself. It now says:
You skipped the fun on some character less than 7 days ago. Skipping the fun will next be available on 2012-01-16 21:16:29
In other words 7 days the date reset to 7 days from when I created my new alt even though im positive I only had a day or two until my next STF.
